Acquittal achieved in a criminal case concerning an accident in the defence forces

NAMM attorney Kristjan Tuul defended a client charged with negligence in the performance of official duties, who was accused of causing a serious accident at a Defence Forces training area. The court agreed with the defence and acquitted the client, finding that the elements of a criminal offence were not present.
