NELE TAMMEMÄE

Nele Tammemäe is an attorney-at-law with more than twenty years of experience. She has acted as a litigation lawyer in civil, criminal, misdemeanour and administrative matters, helping clients both prevent and resolve disputes. Nele’s strength is her thorough and systematic approach. She examines the circumstances of each case in depth, assesses the risks and seeks a clear, well-considered solution for the client even in complex disputes.
Her experience includes contract law, medical law, employment law, property law and criminal law. Clients turn to Nele especially when a dispute requires strong litigation experience, precise legal analysis and calm, considered action. She represents clients in court and advises them at every stage of proceedings, from assessing their legal position to achieving a resolution.

- Successful representation of AS Rakvere Haigla in a dispute concerning the recovery of EUR 68,686 in grant funding.
- Successful defence of a finance company in a EUR 110,005 loan dispute, including before the Supreme Court.
- Successful representation of a client against the Police and Border Guard Board.
- Defence of Ö Invest OÜ in a EUR 15,000 debt claim, which was dismissed in full.
- Successful representation of a property owner in recovering property from unlawful possession.
