SANDER POTISEPP

Sander Potisepp is an attorney-at-law focusing on criminal and misdemeanour matters and administrative court proceedings concerning the protection of fundamental rights. He is also interested in civil disputes involving private international law, including cross-border proceedings both within the European Union and in third countries. Sander has represented clients in more than 300 court cases. These have included several complex and extensive disputes attracting significant public attention and requiring not only strong legal knowledge but also the ability to resolve difficult evidentiary issues.

He is one of Estonia’s best-known practitioners in the field of air passenger rights, and his representation has played an important role in developing Estonian case law in this area.
