SIMONE EELMAA
ATTORNEY
Simone Eelmaa is a criminal defence attorney known for her sharp analytical mind and her ability to identify weaknesses in the opposing side’s work. In addition to criminal matters, she handles related civil disputes, including victims’ civil claims and compensation claims arising from fatalities.
She has successfully represented clients before the Supreme Court and has also worked on cross-border cases. Her expertise in IT law gives Simone a distinctive ability to defend clients in matters that require in-depth technological knowledge. Alongside her legal practice, she is actively involved in shaping criminal law legislation. Simone believes that fair proceedings are the foundation of a functioning society, and she stands for that principle in every case.
